Returns & Exchanges Policy

Our top priority is making sure our customers are taken care of. Please read the following Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully. If your item qualifies for a return or an exchange, please start the process by contacting us. You can expect a response quickly; within 1-2 business days.

Shipping Errors

If you received the incorrect item(s) due to a shipping error on our end, Las Vegas Medical Store will gladly refund your order total along with shipping costs. We cannot refund shipping costs due to incorrectly typed addresses, items accidentally added to your cart, or items shipped to P.O. Boxes or out of accordance with our shipping policies. Please review our shipping policies to ensure you placed your order correctly.

Items Eligible for Return

Please review the following list carefully to ensure the item(s) you wish to return conform to our policies.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
Items must have a Return Authorization Number (obtain that by contacting us)
Items must be in brand-new condition and in unopened, original packaging
All parts must be included in the original packaging
Discounts, restocking fees, and shipping fees may be discounted from your refund
International orders are non-refundable
Items that reached you in a damaged condition will receive a full refund
Some items from our extensive catalog are non-returnable. These are noted in individual product descriptions. If you have questions, please contact us.
Important Notes
Please keep in mind that some items may differ slightly in appearance from their catalog descriptions. We reserve the right to make adjustments due to price changes, product discontinuation errors, market conditions, or typographical errors.

Your Return Authorization Number must be attached to the outside of your package – ideally, written on the label. Returns without an RA number cannot be accepted by our processing facility.

Refund Timeline

There are several steps to receiving your refund. It generally takes 5-10 days from the time you ship your item(s) to the time we receive them. Then, it usually takes from 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Finally, your bank will process our refund request, which can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days.

In general, customers receive their refund within a month from the time they drop off the item(s) at the shipment facility.
